Hyatt Centric Waikiki Beach Hotel has Soft Opening

The Hyatt Centric Waikiki Beach Hotel had a soft opening on December 8. The project was a conversion of an existing 21-story office building into a 375,000 SF, 230 room resort hotel. The hotel is a true mixed-use facility, including small retailers on the ground floor and Nordstrom Rack encompassing the entire second floor.
