Reem Island Mixed-Use Development Master Plan
Interface formed a collaborative design team, the Columbia Group Collaborative, for a private mixed-use development in the UAE.
The Reem Island development encompasses over 400,000 sm of high-rise residential, resort, retail and office space. The site will incorporate 12 towers, ranging from 25 to 55 stories, and include podiums and structured parking. Interface designed the mechanical and electrical engineering, through the conceptual design phase. Parcels have been now sold and are under development.
