Raymond Tam is a Senior Technology Designer with over 30 years of industry experience in both public and private sectors. He has designed various telecommunications infrastructure and technology systems for airports, hospitals, universities, K-12 schools, and commercial office buildings. Over the years, he has led co-located and internationally dispersed technology project teams of all sizes. He is a PMI-certified project management professional (PMP) and a BICSI-certified registered communications distribution designer (RCDD). He attained a bachelor’s degree in technology management and a master’s degree in public administration.
