Rick brings over 35 years of experience in the construction and engineering industry. Rick’s expertise includes, Commissioning and Retro-Commissioning, extensive knowledge of codes and regulations, and is considered a specialist in design and commissioning of control systems. His achievements include design, specification and implementation of the automatic control of the Natural Ventilation System of the new San Francisco Federal Office Building, a first in the nation.
