ENR MidAtlantic 2022 Excellence in Sustainability Award Winner

The Capitol Hill Montessori School at Logan in Washington, D.C. won the Excellence in Sustainability Best Project Award as part of the ENR MidAtlantic Best Projects contest. For the sustainability award, the judges evaluated the project’s overall sustainability strategy, choice of materials, and energy savings, while taking in to account any major green designations like LEED or WELL. They also considered how clearly the strategies that led to excellent sustainability result were shown as well as how the project team went above and beyond baseline industry requirements.
