Groundbreaking for Multifamily Building Project at the Yards

Interface is excited to collaborate with Perkins Eastman and Brookfield Properties on a multifamily building project at the Yards. The development will include 379 apartments, 20% of which will be affordable, and retail space. The project’s state-of-the-art amenities will include co-working spaces, lounge areas, a rooftop terrace, pool, and fitness center.
