We are proud to celebrate the 5 year anniversary of Associate and Senior Plumbing Engineer Stephen Kalach. Managing Principal Roger Frechette shares:
Steve Kalach was one of the very first employees of the Interface DC office. He was new to the firm, but not new to the Principal’s in the office. Kevin and I had worked with Stephen for years prior to forming the DC office. We knew his knowledge, abilities, and technical skills would make him an important asset to our newly formed group. Five years ago, Stephen left the safety and security of a large, well established firm and took a chance on a fledgling IEI office with just a couple employees. We appreciate his contribution!
