IEI University: Facade Performance Workshop at AIA East Bay

Please join Interface Engineering at AIA East Bay on Thursday, May 18 as Interface’s Building Science Team will discuss the key attributes of façade performance. The presentation and discussion will focus on optimizing energy consumption and thermal comfort by balancing heat gain, heat loss, and daylight availability. The implications of window-to-wall ratio, glazing performance, opaque wall performance, and shading will be discussed in the context of various climate zones and building types.
