Interface Engineering Strengthens California Presence and Client Services in Sacramento
Sep 04, 2025
From its early days as a Gold Rush hub to its current role as California’s vibrant capital, the Sacramento Metropolitan Area continues to grow and evolve, shaped by the people who live and work within its boundaries. With its diverse communities, commitment to sustainability, and increasing demand for resilient infrastructure, our new Sacramento office marks an exciting milestone in Interface Engineering’s One California expansion.
Building on our long-standing presence across the state, the Sacramento team will collaborate closely with our San Francisco, Oakland, and Los Angeles offices to deliver innovative, high-performance engineering solutions across key market sectors in the region. We’re proud to support the Sacramento Metropolitan Area’s vision for a more sustainable, equitable, and resilient future. The office will be led by Westley Anastasio and fellow Partners.
Westley is an Associate Principal and Senior Electrical Engineer with over 11 years of experience leading integrated MEP teams, project management and delivering complex, detail-driven electrical solutions across a variety of sectors including healthcare, K-12, higher education, multifamily/mixed use and public safety.
As a 100% employee-owned firm, Interface Engineering fosters a culture of shared investment, accountability, and long-term commitment. This ownership model empowers our teams to take initiative, innovate boldly, and stay deeply invested in the success of our clients and communities.
“Opening our Sacramento office is more than just expanding our footprint—it’s about deepening our relationships and being present where our clients need us most,” said Westley. “As an employee-owned firm, we’re all personally invested in delivering meaningful, sustainable solutions that shape the future of our communities.”
We’ve listened to our clients’ needs, and we’re now open for business locally.
What’s one thing about Sacramento that only locals truly appreciate?
I’d say it’s gotta be the Kings fanbase. I’ve been a die-hard fan since 2000, and there’s something really special about how loyal and loud we are… especially with those legendary cowbells ringing all game long. Win or lose, Sacramento always shows up. We haven’t lost sight of that championship dream!
If you were giving a first-time visitor a quick tour, what three places would you take them to?
- Start at Old Sacramento + Underground Tunnels. Great way to see the City’s origin story and admire a glimpse of the Gold Rush Architecture.
- William Land Park to witness one of Sacramento’s greenest gems. It reflects the “City of Trees” spirit offering peace and local experience.
- Midtown + Second Saturday Art Walk. Great way to meet locals, hear live music and catch rotating art exhibits.
