Pearl River Tower

Managing Principal Roger Frechette shares his thoughts and high-rise design expertise on the recently completed Pearl River Tower in the latest issue of Architectural Record. As lead mechanical engineer for the project, Roger was responsible for much of the design and development of energy and water conservation measures that ultimately helped earn the PRT LEED Platinum Certification.
