Results, real knowledge put meaning in green

Green is everywhere. So, of course, is green building. It’s a quick phrase for something that usually means a lot more: Design and construction that reduces use of resources like energy and water for, ultimately, a smaller impact on life and land. It’s also a phrase that’s fallen prey to “greenwashing,” or the talking up of green features to add selling power. Rising above the greening crowd is easier if you’re walking the talk.
