Janet Durgin Guild and Commons has achieved the Living Building Petal Certification and Zero Carbon Certification!
This project is the 1st project to achieve both Zero Carbon and Petal Certification. Likewise it marks the1st Zero Carbon Certification in California and 4th Petal Certification in California.
