STEM in Schools Portland Outreach

Our Portland office is proud to be providing a STEM-in-Schools outreach program to Cascade Middle School students in Vancouver, Washington. Interface employees designed a 7-month mechanical and electrical educational program for hands-on learning and discussion. Activities and dialogue sessions focus on engineering concepts and all the cool things STEM education and careers offers. The feedback from students and teachers has been outstanding.

Each STEM activity follows NGSS Scientific and Engineering Practices and the State of Washington Office of Superintendent of Public Instruction Science K-12 Learning Standards.
