SmartSpace Apartments (Pankow) — comprised of 23 prefab, 295 sq ft. prototype micro-apartments in San Francisco’s SoMa District — was recently showcased in Life Edited, an online resource dedicated to innovative designs for small spaces. Pursuing LEED Platinum Certification, the project was recognized for integrating solar thermal and rain water collection systems within the confines of limited space.
