The Value Proposition of All-Electric Student Housing

University of California, Riverside’s North District encompasses more than fifty acres and will deliver over 6,000 beds of student housing once completed. Phase 1 consists of two student housing buildings accommodating 1,500 beds. The Dundee Glasgow Residence Hall and Dining Commons was initially designed with a natural gas infrastructure but was redesigned at the end of the design development phase to be all-electric.
