Topping Out for 20 Mass

Interface Engineering recently attended the Topping Out event for Capitol Hill’s newest mixed-use destination at the intersection of Massachusetts Avenue and F Street NW, Washington, DC. The project has LEED Gold, WELL Health Safety Rated and Energy Star certification goals. Interface services include MEP Engineering, Fire/Life Safety, Energy Modeling, Lighting, and Commissioning. Upon delivery in 2023, the project will boast:
