Interface provided mechanical, electrical, plumbing engineering, fire/life safety, and lighting design services for this new office building at Camana Bay as well as several tenant fit outs.
Located within the Town Centre, the new 10-story office building will be a highly visible landmark in Camana Bay. The project combines high-performance design with sustainable business practices, featuring 9,000 square feet of retail space on the ground floor and dedicated office space on the upper floors.
With 20,000+ square feet of space per floor, the office programs accommodate a variety of efficient, productive, and modern workspace. Interface has provided engineering services for tenant fit outs for Align, Appleby, Block One (B1), Deloitte, Knighthead, Mousse Investments, North End Re, Quallent Pharmaceuticals Health, LLC and KEMPA Home. The building is complete with a rooftop terrace (the tallest in the Cayman Islands) offering stunning views of the North Sound and Seven Mile Beach.
With a pocket garden, shady canopies, light diffusing windows nature flows inside and out. The interiors evoke an industrial style mixed with island flair and are layered with steel, wood, fabric, glass and foliage, resulting in sophistication, comfort and a unique sense of place.
The Caribbean-inspired shady canopies minimize heat gain, while large-scale, light-diffusing windows optimize natural sunlight.
