The project entailed the design of the new Math, Science, and Social Science Building (MS3) as well as a new utility corridor feeding from the central plant to the new MS3 building and a new fitness center.

The Math/Science and Social Science Complex includes three general chemistry labs and one organic chemistry lab on the second floor and two physical science labs on the ground floor. There are additional spaces allocated for supporting the labs including prep areas, instrumentation rooms and storage. In addition to labs and support spaces, there are three lecture halls, one computer lab, eleven classrooms as well as office spaces, conference rooms and work areas for faculty.
