San Francisco, California

Client: Ankrom Moisan Architects

Building Size: 287,000 sf

Project Cost: $90 million

The vision for the new Jewish Home of San Francisco is to transform the campus into a more active Continuing Care Retirement Community with a mix of uses and activities throughout the campus. The project consists of new independent senior housing towers five stories high, on a one-story retail base, with one and one-half stories of underground parking. Additionally, the existing five-story OSHPD Skilled Nursing Facility, Goodman Center, will be redeveloped and change occupancy to a licensed Residential Care for the Elderly (RCFE) with Memory Care and associated uses.
