Makali’i Residential Resort

Interface Engineering is providing MEP Engineering and Fire/Life Safety to a new residential neighborhood resort in Wailea. The project is comprised of 2-story, fourplex buildings with residential units ranging from 1,400 to 1,800 sq. ft. The resort also includes a Resident’s Club Facility with offices, changing rooms, pool, and terrace areas.
