Rose Villa Senior Living

This is the second phase of a multi-phased senior housing master planned development. For this phase, Interface helped to introduce two new neighborhoods, North Pocket and Garden Grove. The development for active seniors includes a collaborative arts building, cottages with private gardens, and luxury apartments. Many units have sweeping views of the Willamette River. To make each home special, residents are able to choose their own amenities such as light fixtures, receptacle locations, and appliances.
