St. Francis Park Apartments

The St. Francis Park Apartments are the result of a project pairing Catholic Charities and Home Forward to provide housing to low-income residents. The wood-framed building is composed of 106 apartments. Heat in the units is provided by electric baseboards and energy-efficient lighting and daylighting provide residents with bright, well-lit living spaces. Lighting and heating in communal spaces also feature energy-efficient systems, providing further savings to residents and building management.
