Interface Engineering provided mechanical, electrical, plumbing, AV, security, technology, fire alarm, fire protection and energy modeling services to produce a set of bridging documents to allow a design build firm to construct a two story, 12,000 SQFT phase 1 lab at the Stanford Linear Accelerator Campus. The documents were brought to a schematic design level.
The project was designed to comply with SLAC’s 20120 LRDP, HPSB, executive orders 13514, 13423, 1301 as well as DOE orders 430.2B and 450.1A. Project exceeds ASHRAE 90.1 requirements by 30 percent.
