Straub Doctors On-Call Clinic at Sheraton Waikiki

The Straub Doctors On-Call Clinic was relocated to accommodate the Sheraton Princess Kaiulani Hotel’s renovation. The new clinic space is now located on the lower level of the Sheraton Waikiki Hotel and encompasses approximately 5,000 sf previously used as office space.

Challenged with low floor to structure heights and lack of natural daylight, a high amount of coordination was required to arrive at an optimal lighting design that both meet IESNA light level requirements and is aesthetically pleasing. The project’s design schedule was accelerated in order to be able to relocate the clinic prior to the start of the Princess Kaiulani Hotel renovation.
