The Linden Apartments

The Linden Apartments is a 132 unit, 5-story development designed to LEED Gold standards. This award winning project includes an array of highly sustainable elements. The central heat recovery ventilation system was one of the first of its kind in Portland, and resulted in substantial ETO utility incentives for the project. Also included were high-efficiency condensing hot water heaters, low flow plumbing fixtures, and variable frequency drives on the building ventilation supply fans.

The development features extensive outdoor amenities including nearly 7,600 square feet of rooftop garden terrace with views of the city, a 24-hour fitness center, game room, clubhouse with a media center, BBQ grilling stations, a demonstration kitchen, and a bike storage room with a repair station.
