New five story 165,000 gross square feet building for Child, Teen and Family Center and UCSF Department of Psychiatry. The building is primarily B occupancy for the office areas and clinic spaces comply with HCAI 3. The new building includes the following spaces:

- Desktop research and education space
- Open and enclosed offices
- Five-story atrium space
- 220 seat auditorium
Commissioning services for this project include LEED Fundamental and Enhanced Commissioning.
