Ward Village Koula Mixed Use High Rise

This new mixed-use high rise building will be located in the bustling Kaka’ako neighborhood of Honolulu. The project will be a 41 story high rise building containing residential, retail and amenity areas covering nearly one million square feet. The tower will contain approximately 570 units, and will contain a significant retail and food and beverage component. The project will pursue LEED Certification.
