Interface Engineering was part of the master plan for White Hill Middle School’s 22 acre site as well as the master plan for a new multi-use building. Design included design and construction administration for two new classroom buildings. Keeping sustainability at the forefront, the project was designed with the first variable refrigerant volume heat pump radiant slab system in the country. Other sustainable features include:
- displacement ventilation
- CO2 occupancy sensors
- variable refrigerant flow (VRF) systems for heating and cooling
- photo-voltaic systems on the roof
