Spotlight on Net Zero Design Innovations

The American Geophysical Union (AGU) headquarter building, which is currently undergoing an extensive net zero renovation, provided the project team with an opportunity to incorporate some unique energy saving designs to achieve its performance goals. AGU recently interviewed Managing Principal Roger Frechette to learn about the features used in the project’s Municipal Sewer Heat Exchange System and Solar Photovoltaic Array.
