Meet San Francisco’s New Lighting Studio Leader

Mar 13, 2019

Interface Engineering is excited to introduce San Francisco’s new Lighting Studio Leader, Kristina Santi, LC.

Kristina joined Interface in 2014, bringing over 15 years of design and electrical engineering experience to her role. Her unique background allows her to combine creative and functional elements in her work, providing artistic lighting solutions that also meet performance and budget goals.

Additionally, Kristina’s deep understanding of energy codes and standards has led to multiple sustainable projects, including San Francisco State University Mashouf Wellness Center and the 4th and Harrison development, both pursuing LEED Platinum Certification.

Lighting has always been my passion and is only getting more exciting with advancements in technology. As one of the only visual aspects of MEP systems, it is an art to provide a design that is technically sound but also aesthetically pleasing. Our team here at Interface has the expertise to provide both. – Kristina Santi, LC
