Halewai‘olu Senior Living Residences

The Halewai`olu Residences will be located along the river walk in the historic Chinatown of Honolulu. The project entails two mid-rise towers that share an elevator core, over three levels of parking, with a street-level community center and retail space. The design of the towers will be done in a style that complements Chinatown’s uniqueness.

The Michaels Development Corp. was selected to construct the 151 units of rental housing for residents age 62 and over.
