The Marriott Residence Inn and Residential Apartments will address the growing demand for hotel accommodations and residential apartments in Vail. The project, when completed, will include 170 guest suites with kitchens, 103 rental apartment units, abundant amenities, and two levels of indoor parking. Interface designed the many high-performance MEP solutions for the project as well as its expertise to leverage the opportunity for funding under Colorado’s Property Assessed Clean Energy (PACE) program. The effort to secure PACE funding included the identification of eligible technologies and the engineering/energy modeling required to demonstrate compliance with the program’s performance thresholds.
