Modera Lake Merritt will be a new 8-story mixed-use residential high-rise project that is approximately 150,000 square feet. A partially below ground parking level will provide 131 parking spaces by using 3-level mechanical parking stackers. The ground floor will consist of retail, lobby, and back of house spaces. Levels 2-8 will be space for 173 Residential Units.
