Peninsula Health Care District Assisted Living and Memory Care Facility

The project entails the development of a 44,086 square foot 1600 Trousdale Drive site at the corner of Magnolia Avenue in Burlingame. The building is to be a standalone structure containing approximately 134,200 square feet of space including 95 Assisted Living beds and 22 Memory Care beds.
