The 237,000 square foot residential building was designed atop 20,290-sf of retail and has nine floors of living space comprising 270 residential units.

The development includes below-grade parking for up to 245 cars, along with 2,000 square feet of makerspace, and a 6,000-sf penthouse level with amenity space. The project also incorporated the historic Little Tavern, currently a Subway restaurant, on the site.

Sustainability features included:

  • a PV Array on the roof
  • VRF Mechanical system with energy recovery for heating and cooling.
  • Dedicated Outdoor Air Unit with Total Energy Recover Wheel for building ventilation.
  • LED lighting throughout with daylighting and occupancy/vacancy controls for all public areas.
  • Stormwater management through combination of green roof and bioretention systems.
