Stephens Creek Crossing

Stephens Creek Crossing is a result of Home Forward’s redevelopment of the aging Hillsdale Terrace apartment project. The crumbling 60-unit building transformed into 122 one-, two-, three-, and four-bedroom apartment units in 19 two- and three-story building. The community also includes two mixed use commercial buildings that include community, property management, and Head Start child care facilities. The site and buildings are LEED Gold Certified and incorporate highly sustainable systems. Bioswales manage 100% of stormwater onsite and the entire community features energy efficient fixtures and appliances.
