This project is a new research building, for which Interface provided design/build performance specifications. The FCTR ground floor provides 7,000 square feet of space for participants and staff for conducting clinical trials and other human based research studies in an optimally designed and accessible setting.

These facilities include a customized pediatric research suite, specialized rooms for private discussions and research counseling, and other specialized research areas, including outpatient suites, infusion rooms, remote access observation rooms, and an exercise physiology room. The program of the ground floor requires that the building systems meet OSHPD 3 code requirements.
