One of Seattle’s newest high-rise apartment complexes is the Olivian, is 27-story, true mixed-use building combining modern design and high-end retail within walking distance of downtown. The building houses 224 apartments, two levels of below grade, three levels of above grade parking and 30,000 sf of retail and commercial space.
Interface incorporated Integrated residential water-cooled heat pumps for building-wide heat sharing and low-voltage light sources which contributed to the building achieving LEED Certification.
Interface provided mechanical, electrical, fire protection, lighting and building technologies design services for the design/build project.
