When the architect, contractor and engineers work together on numerous projects, a certain synergism takes place, and the collaboration makes for a very smoothly run project. Interface Engineering found the Pinnacle Lofts project to be no exception—completed expeditiously on-time/within-budget. Contributing to the well-orchestrated project, Interface provided detailed specifications on all components, greatly minimizing change orders and contractor questions, reducing delays and saving resultant charges.
Interface designed the high-efficiency HVAC equipment, which is expected to run from 84 percent to 98 percent efficiency with overall energy performance better than code.
