West Valley College Language Arts and Social Sciences Renovation

West Valley College is a major renovation of an existing classroom building. The project is LEED Silver certified. The project includes a new chiller plant and boiler plant with chilled beams for cooling of classrooms. The project also includes metering of all end uses of energy separately to provide input to the final energy model. Spaces are provided with skylights to increase daylighting and associated daylight dimming systems with integrated shut-out to allow for presentations.
