Design and construction of two 6-story Residential Condo Buildings with a 4-story residential wood construction over 2-story of parking in concrete. The project consists of 73 units per building for a total of 146 residential apartment units comprising of one-, two-, and three-, bedroom units with commons and service areas, and parking spaces.
